What is the colour warranty on the product?
Our artworks has a lifetime colour warranty.
How do we clean our Products?
All our artworks are easy to maintain, simply clean with a vacuum or blower to preserve its finish.
How do we hang products on walls?
All of our Wall Art products comes with a ready-to-hang hole or bracket on the backside.
What is a return and refund policy?
If a product arrives damaged during transit, customers can request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of delivery. This policy applies only to the damages occurred during transit and not to the damages caused after delivery.
To process the request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the product was damaged when opened. This proof is mandatory. Once submitted, our team will review the request within 2–3 working days, and in genuine cases, an exchange or full refund will be completed within 7 working days.
